Description:
- Project Management of the opening in Budapest of the Citibank ‘Arena Corner’ Shared Service center which currently has 1050 staff and occupies approximately 9800m2;
- Responsibilities covered identifying a short list of properties suitable for the premises, negotiating a final lease for the space, and overseeing the multiple subcontractors and vendors, oversight of design based on detailed and comprehensive discussions with the six major internal stakeholders, and fast track execution;
- Approximately 1050 staff are currently seated in the premises. Area (for first two phases) 5000m2;
- A LEED platinum rating for office building interiors was awarded for the facility – the first such rating in Central Europe. The building incorporated many of leading technologies for efficient lighting and heating systems, staff friendly areas, reduced use of closed spaces, and modular design elements.
