Description:
  • Project Management lead for the completion of a partially completed repossessed 104 unit residential building;
  • Responsibilities include advisory during repossession of the asset, due diligence for all technical issues, redefinition of work scope to align with new building regulations, submission of revised building permit, sourcing of all vendors necessary to complete construction, coordination of all construction execution duties creation of a new scope document, obtaining of occupancy permit, and liaising with client staff;
  • The project resulted in a completed residential building project which sold over 90 percent of the units within six months. Area approximately 11,500m2.
