Description:
  • Project Management of Citibank regional Financial Center of Excellence in the premier ‘Bank Center’ office building located next to the Hungarian National Bank;
  • Main responsibilities included finalization of lease expansion and terms, oversight of the space design and construction plans, management of all construction works, coordination of the internal Citi partners for a seamless delivery, management of the move to occupy the space;
  • The center was home to a staff of some 180 people and occupies approximately 2100m2. Total project value USD2.3M.
